How do I place an order?
You can order directly by DMing us on Instagram @shyamaluxe or by sending a WhatsApp message. Share the product name/photo and your size, and we'll guide you through.
What are the delivery timelines?
Hyderabad: Next-day delivery (within 24 hours). Rest of India: Standard shipping (3–7 business days depending on your city).
What sizes are available?
We offer sizes M to XXXL (Indian sizing 38 to 46). Please check the size guide on each product page for exact measurements. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a comfortable fit.
Can I see the product before buying?
Yes! You can visit us at our exhibitions and pop-up events in Hyderabad (watch Instagram @shyamaluxe for event announcements). You can also DM or WhatsApp us to request a video call or short video of the product.
Do you have limited stock items?
Yes, many of our designs are limited edition. Once they are gone, they may not return. However, some bestsellers do get restocked — look for the “Back in Stock” tag. We recommend ordering quickly when you see something you love.
What fabrics and embroidery work do you use?
We work with premium fabrics including Dola silk, Mal cotton, 60×60 cotton, Pure crepe, Georgette, Chanderi, and Jacquard. Our embroidery and embellishment styles include Gota Patti, Chikankari, Mirror work, Zari, Thread work, Sitara & Pearl, Ajrakh patchwork, and Cut work.
What are your payment options?
We accept UPI, bank transfer, and online payment via our Shopify store. For orders placed on WhatsApp/Instagram, we will share payment details directly. COD may be available for select locations — please ask us.
What is your return / exchange policy?
We do our best to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. If there is a defect or size issue, please WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Returns/exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
